Yarn sensors (one end)

MCL1 is a yarn break capacitive sensor, very versatile, used in winding, doubling, texturing, etc. process MCL-E is a yarn break capacitive sensor devoted to high count yarns, especially carpet yarns. The MCS is a capacitive technology yarn sensor recommended when yarn speed is very low ...The MCD-F is a non-contact yarn break capacitive sensor.  The MOS-E is a non-contact yarn break opto-electronic sensor.

Yarn sensors (multifilament)

The MCL2 is a yarn break capacitive sensor useful for assembling, and winding applications.         MCL4 is a yarn break capacitive sensor, used for assembling, and winding applications.

The MOS is an optical sensor devoted to assembling operations on yarns : like covering and twisting, cabling, air texturing, etc.        The MPS is a piézoelectric sensor devoted to assembling and twisting operations: high count (400 to 10 000 dTex) and high tensioned yarns (100 to 2 700 g).

Quality Control Devices

This sensor has been designed by FIL CONTROL for a special application: to regulate the rewinding tension of the yarn on ORION automatic winders.         The MDL device is a Quality-Control product, based on capacitive technology useful for the measure without contact of the length of yarns.

Yarn cutters

The CA9-C series are yarn cutters devoted to textile machines. They can cut up to 1 100 dtex yarns. The CA9-T series are yarn cutters devoted to textile machines. They can cut up to 1 100 dtex yarns.  The CA9-TE series are yarn cutters devoted to textile machines. They can cut up to 1 100 dtex yarns. The CA9-R yarn cutter is a device especially devoted to automatic winders. The CFD is a product reserved for enterprise RIETER ICBT. The CFD is equipment dedicated to the automatic cavage on different types of machines...
